L200 XLPE FOAM SHEETS - 1/4" THICK - BLACK/NATURAL

Fine-celled, chemically cross linked polyethylene that is ideal for a wide variety of applications. It combines a smooth aesthetic feel with superior physical and chemical properties. Resilient, excellent buoyancy, good thermal insulator. THIS PRODUCT IS ALSO KNOWN AS EVA FOAM

• ULTRA HIGH DENSITY CLOSED CELL EVA FOAM, SMOOTH ON BOTH SIDES — With a true high density of 85 kg/m3 (5.3 lb/ft3), our foam Cuts, Sands, Dremels, Heats and Shapes very well for Cosplay and other designs. Layering is easy for those thicker designs and detail work. No texture or patterns to fight with or have to remove.
• 6MM THICKNESS,  — 6mm = 1/4 inch, which is great for Cosplay armor, medium sized accessories and detail work. The various sizes we carry allows for bigger designs, less piecing together, fewer seems and more pieces out of one sheet.

XLPE foam is an aesthetically pleasing material that provides a wide range of performance benchmarks.

XLPE foam has been chemically crosslinked; solidifying in a smooth uniform plank with massive aesthetic appeal and superior physical and chemical characteristics; compared to conventional polyethylene.

It also has many of the same characteristics as conventional polyethylene foam except that crosslinked polyethylene foam has the capacity to protect class “A” surfaces.
